Richard Frias, CEO, has been launching the careers of artists online since 2006. He is amongst the pioneers in the business of online video and has represented/produced the most popular online artists (together responsible for more than 2 billion video views). Frias has a comprehensive work-history in the Internet, music, film and publishing industries, including working in three-start-up environments and 10 years experience managing talent. 

He held previous positions at Revver, New Line Cinema, CJ E&M and as a music and film journalist where he began his career interviewing and producing stories with Tom Cruise, Will Smith, Andrée 3000, System of a Down, Los Lobos, the Bravery, the Veronicas and more. Frias co-founded the popular beauty subscription service ipsy.com with Michelle Phan. He served as Executive Producer of the Google-funded premium channels FAWN and The Warner Sound.

Currently, Frias is directing a feature length documentary about the life and music career of Terry Reid where he has interviewed rock music icons including Robert Plant, Eric Burdon, Graham Nash, Gilberto Gil and more.

JEMIE SAE KOO

Jemie Sae Koo, Vice President, is an entrepreneurial leader and experienced executive. She is the former Director of Development and Events for the national organization of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. In this position, Jemie planned, implemented, and executed aggressive fundraising events, raising almost $2 million dollars in 6 months through her work with major corporations and donors.  As well, she previously served as city council staff in the City of Long Beach, where she was responsible for managing all strategic communications.

Jemie has prior experiences working with a variety of public officials and organizations including the office of Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis; United Way of the River Cities as a Community Program Coordinator; the Alliance for a Better California as the Director of Recruitment; and for the University of California Irvine Outreach Partnership Center as an Event and Program Manager.  She earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies (with an emphasis in Law and Global Issues / Institutional) and Sociology, with a minor degree in Business Management from the University of California, Irvine.
